Job Summary: Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams and units in support of HUMINT. The Contractor shall provide SMEs for the development and revision of HUMINT TSPs, exercise scenario development, and collective training OC/Ts. Contractor shall be familiar with integrating multimedia course instructional methods and be prepared to facilitate training in large and small group settings.

Essential Job Functions:
Scripted HUMINT scenario environments will have the flexibility to increase in complexity via Commander Input. This will include Category II MSO collective environment creation and HUMINT soured role-playing when applicable. HUMINT instruction and scenario environment development will be centered on all policies, procedures and applicable laws governing US Army HUMINT Operations. All instruction, where possible, shall be conducted using operational data on networks, workstations, and DCGS-A furnished by the Government.


  • Minimum 6 years operational experience as an Army MOS 35M
  • Minimum of two years duty as a HUMINT instructor
  • Certified ASOC, SOC, AMSOC, SOT 2-3, or FTC graduate
  • Working knowledge of the HUMINT Enterprise
  • Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc) is preferred
  • Must be able to realistically roleplay, as both a source and a walk-in
  • Scenario Developers must have at least one year experience with Army exercise scenario development utilizing the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Training (IEWTPT), Training Brain Operations Center (TBOC) the Digital SIGING Training System (DSTS) exercise simulator or other service equivalent
  • At least one tour as a military intelligence soldier preferred
  • Experience as an Observer/Controller in one of the 3 Army Joint Training Centers (JMRC, JRTC, or NTC) preferred

Associates Degree or higher.
