Job Summary: Zel Technologies has a requirement to provide a SIGINT Analyst Instructor to assist the U.S. Army Intelligence Security Command (INSCOM)'s mission to provide advanced intelligence training and exercise deployment to Active Duty, USAR, and ARNG soldiers.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams and units in support of SIGINT. Provide SMEs for the development and revision of SIGINT TSPs and familiarization and sustainment training to including Individual to collective training materials and scenarios.



  • A minimum of 8 years as an Army MOS 35P or 35N or other service equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of the SIGINT Enterprise and NGA.
  • Scenario Developers must have at least one year with Army exercise scenario development utilizing the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Training (IEWTPT), Training Brain Operations Center (TBOC) simulator, the Digital SIGINT Training System (DSTS) exercise similar or other service equivalent.       


  • At least one tour as a military intelligence solider preferred.
  • Experience as an Observer/Controller in one of the 3 Army Joint training centers (JMRC, JRTC, or NTC) preferred.


  • Graduate of Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.)
  • Current Oversight training (VUport classes) VSC1000, 1100, and 1800), Intelligence Oversight Officer training (VUport training TOOL1200 and OVSC 2201), Trusted Agent Training (Receive training and certification from a current Trusted Agent) and Unit Auditor Training (VUport training OVSC3101).
