Job Summary:  Zel Technololgies has a need for a MI Systems Architect to provide an integrated training capability that is flexible and responsive to current, new, and evolving training requirements in support of the Intelligence Community (IC) and to meet the INSCOM, Army, or National agency missions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide equipment and Foundry site operational status.
  • Track and report all Foundry-managed equipment, software, requirements and upgrades, track and resolve issues that detract from quality of training provided.
  • Support course set-up, configuration, operation, tear-down, and plannin of hardward, software and data. This includes but is not limited to, ancillary information technology support, integration of IC militarized equpiment, database support and engineering support.
  • Participate in engineering reviews to develop baseline training platform requirements.
  • Track training site purchases and expenditures, maintain hand receipts, track lifecycle requirements and maintenance issues.
  • Monotiro programmed lifecycle requirements, develop purchase requirements and costs, attend meetings with contract equipment maintainers, and assist with packaging and shipping of equipment.


  • Minimum 10 years operational experience as an Army MOS 25B (Information Technology Specialist) or related specialty.
  • Knowledge of Army IT systems and networks, connectivity, troubleshooting and configuration management.
  • Considered an emerging authority.


  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 9 years of profesional experience.
  • OR Master's degree with 7 years of professional experience.
  • OR PHD or JD with 4 years of professional experience.

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
