Job Summary:  

Assist and advise in analysis, planning, and reporting of any capability gaps or mission enhancements that may be mitigated/enhanced through materiel solutions. Provide support in disciplines of electrical engineering.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support acquisition planning and execution of pre-system acquisition and acquisition phase program activities that are consistent with DoD 5000 series directives.
  • Assist the government with designing test plans, identifying test facility requirements, scheduling and executing tests, writing technical acquisition documents and reviewing contractor deliverables.
  • Possess professional engineering knowledge and be capable of independently identifying and coordinating resources to achieve ALCS-R goals.
  • Support ALCS-R developmental and operational tests including the TMRR "down select" tests.


  • Previous experience directly managing contracted workloads with emphasis on requirements, design, production, and command and control equipment.
  • Possess professional engineering knowledge and be capable of clearly articulating the technical requirements of the ALCS program and providing technical advisement to the program manager in the review of contractor deliverables.        


  • Required: BS in Electrical Engineering

  • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance
