Job Summary:  Assist the Program Manager with the acquisition program planning and execution activities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide executive support services to include, but not limited to: prepare reports, papers and briefings IAW AFH 33-337; assist in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing and monitoring action items, suspenses and responses; provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures; and prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings and meetings with outside organizations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Seven years directly related experience and at least three years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership as or in one or more of the following specialty areas: scientist, statistician, mathematician, program control, contract administration, trainer, human factors, financial analysis, business operations analysis, proposal analysts/writer, master planning, property administration, and help desk analyst.

Education:

  • Required: BS in related discipline
  • Desired: MS in related discipline

Special Requirements:

  • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance
